Transnational View of Basic Education : Issues of Access, Quality and Community Participation in West and Central Africa
This study was conducted in seven member countries of ERNWACA : Benin, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia, Mali, and Togo. Results were published in January 2002 with support from the Support for Analysis and Research in Africa (SARA) project, the Academy for Educational Development (AED), and USAID.
